DESIGNPACK

 

This is a full architectural design service. After engagement we will prepare a brief (what you expect the building to achieve and provide for you),set a budget, visit the site, and obtain data that will affect the project. Following this we will prepare a concept, present it to you, and prepare an estimate of cost and visuals to show the building in 3D. After we have developed the concept to a stage you are satisfied, we will prepare contract documents which will be ready to give to a builder and obtain a building consent. Options may include joinery, electrical layout or basic landscaping design.

 

DRAWPACK This is a drafting service (no conceptual design) providing contract documents ready for building consent/construction.

MARKETPACK  A Marketpack provides the tools to confidently pre-sell projects "off the drawing board". It may include combinations of video production, DVD-ROM, printed brochures or web sites all of which are produced in house.

 

VISUALPACK  For those who cannot visualise a project we can provide colour visuals of a project in print or digital form. They are especially useful for remodelling or additions, and we have even done them for our competition .

 

COSTPACK  We can prepare an estimate of cost for a project based on elemental cost analysis. Already included in Designpack.

 

CONSENTPACK  This service is for preparation and  submission of building and/or resource consent applications to Council.

 

TENDERPACK This service calls tenders from vetted building contractors, reports on prices received, to select your building contractor.

 

CONSULTANTS Consultants are engaged for work such as engineering, surveying, quantity surveying and other specialist fields.  Fees are not included in Designshop fees. We we will discuss and obtain quotes for your approval before engagement.
