DESIGNPACK

This is a full architectural design service. After engagement we will prepare a brief (what you expect the building to achieve and provide for you),set a budget, visit the site, and obtain data that will affect the project. Following this we will prepare a concept, present it to you, and prepare an estimate of cost and visuals to show the building in 3D. After we have developed the concept to a stage you are satisfied, we will prepare contract documents which will be ready to give to a builder and obtain a building consent. Options may include joinery, electrical layout or basic landscaping design.

DRAWPACK

This is a no frills drafting service without conceptual design providing contract documents ready for building consent and construction. It is particularly suited to a builder’s requirements.

MARKETPACK

A Marketpack provides the tools to confidently pre-sell projects "off paper". It may include combinations of videography, DVD-ROM, printed brochures or web sites which are all produced in house except for brochure printing.

VISUALPACK

For those who cannot visualise a project we can provide colour visuals of a project in print or digital form. They are especially useful for remodelling/additions, and we have even done them for our competition who cannot provide them for their clients!

COSTPACK

We can prepare an estimate of cost for a project based on elemental cost analysis. This is already included as part of a Designpack.

CONSENTPACK

This service is for submission of building and resource consent applications to Council, and can be added to a Designpack.

TENDERPACK

This service calls tenders and reports on prices received. Site observation of projects is available through a consultant. Engineering work is normally overseen by the engineering consultants who prepared engineering documents.
